Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Operators to operate a variety of heavy machinery and mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation of mobile plant equipment, possess a keen eye for safety, and be capable of working in diverse environments and conditions.
Machines
CAT/KOMATSU Mobile Plant
Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump trucks
Other mobile plant as required.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mobile plant machinery, such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, watercarts, and dump trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed.
Report any issues to the maintenance team.
Load, unload, and transport materials using mobile plant equipment.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Promote a safe and positive team culture.
Skills/Qualifications
Current & Valid Driver's License (HR Preferred)
National Police Clearance (validity dependant on site)
High Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)
Proven experience operating mobile plant in a mining, civil or crushing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety.

$5 per hour site bonus, paid fortnightly.
