About the Role:

Marsh Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Pharmacy team in Sydney/Wollongong office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of large to medium corporate accounts in NSW, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring revenue and expense budgets are consistently met.
  • Implement Client First Principles across your portfolio, fostering effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
  • Take a proactive approach to account management, identifying and meeting client needs, and implementing successful account retention and defence strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters, assisting claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with all major classes of insurance offered by Marsh, as well as new technical and product developments.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, and other relevant laws.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SME and corporate client accounts in the Retail, Pharmacy, or Allied Health sectors.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation for client services and solutions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and service renewal clients.
