Sales Position

We are seeking a hard-working Sales Development Representative to be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, assisting company growth through new acquisition opportunities, and laying the foundation for a successful SaaS sales career.

Job Description

This role requires personal drive, tireless persistence, and a deep understanding of our products value proposition and use-cases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting effective discovery and qualification conversations with Enterprise prospects;
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using various communication channels;
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with decision-makers within targeted accounts;
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities;
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to execute a lead generation strategy; and
  • Sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team on customer needs and business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum one-year experience as a BDR/SDR;
  • Experience with SalesLoft or similar tools preferred;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to find ways around obstacles;
  • Comfort working in an international environment;
  • Experience working with business owners, CMOs, and executives a plus;
  • Autonomy, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactivity;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to gather details about prospects; and
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
