Roles and Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our business development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end proposal development process.

Working closely with senior bid team members, your primary responsibility will be coordinating and formatting submission documents, managing content libraries (including resumes and project profiles), maintaining compliance with branding and vendor requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to help deliver compelling bids that showcase our capabilities and standards.

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in project administration or similar roles.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.

- Strong skills in document management and quality assurance, particularly within SharePoint.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building meaningful relationships at all business levels.

- Proven ability to work independently and within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
