Bid and Pursuit Management Role

The Bid and Pursuit Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and submission of bids to clients, including coordinating teams, challenging them to create value for the client, writing and editing proposals, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

This role involves working with a team of professionals who value and respect the skills and expertise of bid managers. You will have access to design experts and be an integral part of a supporting new business and client retention opportunities in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing tender responses and other client pitch materials - developing project timelines, coordinating internal/external stakeholders and facilitating meetings

- Working with internal stakeholders to develop unique, compelling client value propositions and proposal messaging

- Preparing competitive proposals and tender responses including researching, writing, compiling and editing content to ensure consistent messaging

- Supporting client presentations through development and production of on-message deliverables and supporting teams in preparation and rehearsals

- Assisting with the development of templates, improved systems and processes for measuring bid success

Requirements:

- At least three years of experience in a full-time bid management role

- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal communication and influencing skills

- A level-headed nature and ability to remain organized under pressure

- Very strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Confident writer and editor
