**The Position**

We are currently seeking a motivated, organised and flexible individual in the role of **Proposal Coordinator** in our Sydney office team to provide support to operational leaders in producing tenders, proposals, budget quotes and document submissions to existing and prospective clients. The Proposal Coordinator will work across a number of project teams and juggle multiple projects while ensuring proposals align to the company's visual identity guidelines.

**Key duties**
- Coordinating proposal and document responses to produce accurate, timely, high-quality sales and business proposals to support the company's growth and business retention programs
- Document formatting and file administration
- Working with standard content and design libraries and templates
- Work under tight deadlines; respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission timelines
- Document printing, production and collation
- Assist in maintaining currency and accuracy of business segment templates and documentation
- Demonstrate initiative and encourage shared responsibility to achieve team goals

**The Person**
- Previous experience in a tender proposal environment
- Excellent writing skills including the ability to generate technical, persuasive and creative writing techniques as needed
- Knowledge and experience in the overall Microsoft suite, InDesign experience desirable but not compulsory
- Flexible and 'can do' approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Have a creative eye and an innovative approach to document design and layout, when appropriate
- Have a flair for the development of creative collateral that will support our business
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, and initiative with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to interact with various stakeholders
