About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Cotton On Group. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing our global performance social media marketing strategy via a data-informed full-funnel approach, achieving both short- and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute, and scale the paid acquisition strategy across all paid social channels to drive profitable growth
  • Develop and implement high-performing social media campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Analyse campaign performance using web and social analytics platform tools

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field such as PR, Social Media, Digital or similar
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing social media ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat
  • Ability to use analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of organisation, project management and planning skills
