Digital Marketing Communications Director

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our USA/Northern market team.
You will lead the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, SEM, SEO, and email marketing. Additionally, you will oversee the social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market.
You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, eCommerce team, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that make a high impact. Your responsibilities will also include managing day-to-day operations, relationships with producers and web developers, and leading your digital marketing team to success.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or PR or Marketing Communications
* Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
* Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
* Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage efficiently
* The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
* Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
* Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
* Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
