About the Role
Cotton On Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our global performance social media marketing strategy via a data-informed full-funnel approach, achieving both short- and long-term business media objectives.
As a key member of our team, you will manage, execute, and scale the paid acquisition strategy across all paid social channels to drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Analyze campaign performance using web and social analytics platform tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to engage and influence key decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as PR, Social Media, Digital, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and executing successful paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to use research to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of organisation, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential.
