About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist for the USA/Northern market. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.

The successful candidate will oversee the social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market, working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive high impact. In addition, this role will manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, leading the digital marketing team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage content management systems and email marketing platforms to create engaging digital experiences.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform future decisions.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders and external partners.
  • Budget and forecast digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or PR or marketing communications.
  • Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in leading teams and building collaborative working relationships.
  • Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage efficiently.
  • Engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Proven commercial negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify creative solutions.
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
