About Us

The Protocol Officer role is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of official events and ceremonies in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to high-profile individuals, including the Governor and their spouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Vice Regal functions, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures
  • Plan and prepare briefs for significant national and NSW State days and events
  • Accompany the Governor at official events, undertaking various duties and acting as Master of Ceremonies
  • Provide protocol services at Investiture ceremonies, maintaining high standards and etiquette

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian protocols and procedures
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
