Agricultural Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to administer, coordinate and execute various competitions and events in the food, wine and agricultural industries.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with administrative duties and operational setup for all Sydney Royal Shows
- Coordinate Judges Training Programs for the Sydney Royal Shows
- Manage official invitations, correspondence and travel requirements for Show Officials
- Plan and coordinate related Show events such as lunches, dinners and networking events
- Update content for the Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy & Fine Food website pages
- Maintain a procedure manual and document duties completed and event timelines
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, organisational skills and a strong interest in the food, wine and agricultural industries. Desired qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (wine and food industries preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
The organisation manages various events and competitions, including the Sydney Royal Easter Show. We have a team of over 130 full-time staff who work on the Easter Show, events at the Sydney Showground and other activities and events.
