Exhibition Coordinator

Job Description:

The Sydney Royal Sheep event requires a skilled and organized coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of competitions and events. This role involves working closely with an established committee, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes.

Responsibilities include coordination of competition judging timetables, schedules, officials documentation, and management of correspondence and records. The ideal candidate will possess experience in office administration, event coordination, and/or project management, with impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration or similar role
  • Previous experience in event coordination and/or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to plan activities and projects to a tight deadline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
