**Event Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney or Regional NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating scheduled and ad-hoc events. This includes ensuring high standards are met, working closely with other units within the Communications team as well as business units across Investment NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating event logistics
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Developing and implementing event plans

About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience in event scheduling and management, including the coordination of in-person and virtual events. Experience working on large-scale trade shows is also highly regarded.

Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience are essential.
