You'll be part of a team committed to making a positive impact in the community, working together to deliver high-quality care.
Key Requirements- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
- A reliable car and Australian driver's licence, enabling you to transport clients safely.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (two doses), protecting yourself and others from infection.
- At least 12 months of personal care experience, demonstrating your skills and ability to provide quality care.
- Certification in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain it through our traineeships program), showcasing your expertise in this area.
- Providing personal care duties, including showering, feeding, and toileting; assisting with oral medication.
- Offering social support, such as accompanying clients to doctor appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Assisting with domestic tasks, like cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation.
