About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees direct real estate transactions and asset management in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, acquiring, managing and disposing of real estate assets in Australia.
  • Leading on the full transaction life-cycle including sourcing, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Executing capital market activity related to financing assets in accordance with Portfolio Managers' terms.
  • Managing property dispositions in line with guidance from Portfolio Managers.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in real estate transactions and asset management.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and global real estate markets.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
