In today's complex business landscape, organisations require strategic guidance to make informed decisions about their assets. As a Senior Manager in our Real Estate Transactions team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice to clients across various sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams in reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes.
  • Conduct pre- and post-transaction activities by analysing real estate data on various assets across Australia.
  • Work on innovative projects such as new housing models, including Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments in stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative results to clients.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation, transaction strategies, and property development advisory.
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes.
  • Offer market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers.
Key Skills and Qualifications

You will need strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. A thorough understanding of private sector and government valuation processes is also essential. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills, is required. Professional accreditation as a CPV or MRICS is preferred.
