Australia Real Estate Transactions Leader
As a key member of our team, you will lead direct real estate transactions and asset management in Australia. This role encompasses all stages of the transaction life cycle, from sourcing acquisitions to closing deals.
About the Role:
Manage a team of professionals involved in direct real estate transactions and asset management
Lead the full transaction life cycle, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating agreements, and coordinating due diligence
Execute capital market activities related to financing assets in accordance with terms required by portfolio managers
Collaborate with portfolio managers on property dispositions in line with guidance

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for direct real estate transactions and asset management

Oversee the entire transaction life cycle, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct real estate transactions and asset management
Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
