**Real Estate Acquisition Leader Australia
>Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our direct Real Estate transactions in Australia. As the Head of Real Estate Transactions/Acquisitions, you will be responsible for leading a full life-cycle of sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring successful closings.
Key areas of focus include:
- Sourcing and closing Australian Real Estate transactions across Commercial and Residential assets
- Executing capital market activity related to financing assets and driving investment opportunities from a market perspective
- Overseeing investments during the asset holding period and representing the division in relevant committees
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Real Estate sector, preferably from institutional Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Real Estate development. A demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian Real Estate transactions is essential.
