Head of Real Estate Transactions/Acquisitions Role Summary:

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence, and closing.

Our team works on diverse tasks across various real estate asset classes such as office, shopping centers, logistics, hotels, and residential schemes.

  • Drive the strategy and execution of Australian investment opportunities from a market perspective.">
  • Sourcing acquisitions, underwriting and evaluating the acquisition, negotiating the agreement, coordinating due diligence, and closing.">
  • Oversee the investment during the asset holding period by sitting as a director of the investment vehicles.">
  • Represent the division by sitting in the legal entity board and APAC Real Estate Investment Committee.">

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement strategies for Australian investment opportunities from a market perspective.">

  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors.">
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and regulatory changes.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • Extensive experience in the real estate sector, preferably from institutional asset management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate development.">
  • Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions across commercial (logistics, office, industrial, retail) and/or residential assets.">
  • Sound experience across both direct real estate transactions/acquisitions and asset management.">
  • Notable experience in the residential sector in Australia or abroad (BTR, BTS, or PBSA).">
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to represent the division in high-level meetings and negotiations.">
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.">
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics.">
  • Adept at making informed decisions based on data-driven insights.">
