Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager for the APAC region will be an essential business partner to the entire APAC management team and be responsible for accelerating sales and profitability goals for the region on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Focusing on distributor and customer satisfaction, product adoption, and building a strong regional customer reference base will be key to success in driving growth over the next years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales and operations plans through distributor sales.
  • Manage distributors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key influencer relationships.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience with medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and key customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a sales manager.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
Physical Demands & Travel Required:
  • 50% travel possible
