Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in our Sydney office at Macquarie Park and will play a key role in supporting our upcoming New Brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for on-site inspections of service centers in the region, guiding and promoting customer satisfaction improvement in service centers, and promoting and guiding service centers to implement company policies.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage and assist with customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to stay calm under pressure while building strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of service centers in the region to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Guide and promote customer satisfaction improvement in service centers through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Promote and guide service centers to implement company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and assist with customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in after-sales regional management or dealers management.
  • Proven ability to travel extensively among different regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
