
IT Service Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Professional to drive the development and maturity of our IT Service Management processes. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and adoption of industry best practices across all IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and mature all ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Transition) in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead education and adoption of all ITSM processes with stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide leadership during major incidents, including DR and BCP scenarios, by managing global teams and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and improve IT service quality through constant awareness of major incidents and problems raised by users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proven success in a similar role, demonstrating ability to deliver outstanding service in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured Incident/Problem/Change controlled environment.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and functions, particularly those related to Service Management.
- Knowledge of various project methodologies.
