To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong CRM knowledge and ERP experience
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives
- Driving commercial results through proactive order management and delivery coordination
- Ensuring order accuracy and managing credits, returns, and stock procurement
- Producing and analyzing reports on sales history, invoicing forecasts, trends, and order status
- Building strong relationships with customers and handling feedback professionally
- Driving process improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong CRM knowledge and ERP experience
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
