  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong CRM knowledge and ERP experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities Include

  1. Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives
  2. Driving commercial results through proactive order management and delivery coordination
  3. Ensuring order accuracy and managing credits, returns, and stock procurement
  4. Producing and analyzing reports on sales history, invoicing forecasts, trends, and order status
  5. Building strong relationships with customers and handling feedback professionally
  6. Driving process improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong CRM knowledge and ERP experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry
