**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Service Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our customer service standards and ensuring that our team is equipped to provide high-quality support.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement customer service standards and procedures that meet the needs of our customers.
- To train and coach our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
- To identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues.
- To collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

- You have experience in leading a team and developing strategies to improve customer service standards.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience.
- Experience in leading a team and developing strategies to improve customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
