
Service Delivery Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Excellence Lead to join our team in Sydney. As an industry leader, we continue to push boundaries and redefine how we use buildings for life, work, and play.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to provide cost-effective, consistent, and reliable maintenance services to customers that meet ongoing maintenance agreements and achieve specific business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a Service Team with motivation and continuous development mentoring
- Coaching Supervisors to be customer service and result-oriented Line Managers
- Ensuring high levels of ongoing customer satisfaction in the region and updating customers in advance about upcoming maintenance schedules
- Creating and developing business plans, including budget planning and control across the region
- Sales in the Service sector of the region, monitoring sales results and capitalizing on all NBS conversions with a proactive approach
You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless handover from Installation to Maintenance operations, managing Supervisors regarding maintenance planning of all their staff regarding PPE & statutory safety guidelines, and participating in Service Management meetings at a National level.
Key requirements include:
- 4 years' experience in running a service operations team in a similar role
- Electrical background or degree desired
- Solid knowledge of maintenance and modernization methods in the elevator Industry desired
- Market and customer needs business understanding
- Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
- Wide knowledge of construction Industry contracts and their management
- Proven experience in maintaining quarterly and yearly budgets desirable
- Excellent Customer Relationship management skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
