Job Description:

The Lead, Relationship Associate role is a key position within our organization where you can leverage your leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and productivity across the enterprise.

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, and capability uplift of the Relationship Associates to support Bankers in delivering superior customer service.

You will lead a team of passionate Relationship Associates dedicated to supporting our Regional and Agribusiness customers through collaboration with other Leads across Regions.

The successful candidate will have emerging leadership capability in motivating, coaching, and development of the team, effective communication skills to influence and motivate a team dispersed in various locations, strong customer advocacy, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities include providing robust leadership and coaching to ensure an engaged, customer-focused team delivering superior customer service outcomes and positive advocacy measures, liaising with customers as a point of contact for complaints, compliments, and escalations as required, leading a remote team of associates in various locations, developing and executing regional customer experience initiatives as a member of the leadership team, prioritizing resources and workflow to ensure customer/banker expectations are met, leveraging technology enablers and driving digital adoption to meet customer needs and protect, deepen, and grow client relationships, managing stakeholder relationships across the value chain to drive exceptional customer service, and delivering ongoing capability uplift, increasing competency, and driving career pathways of direct reports.
