Job Opportunity: Relationships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a unique role in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our raw milk suppliers, providing support and assistance as needed.

This position will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building customer relationships and possess a deep understanding of the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with raw milk suppliers;
  • Providing support and assistance to suppliers as needed;
  • Coordinating win-win outcomes with suppliers to improve loyalty;
  • Managing day-to-day liaison tasks, including coordinating resolution of supplier issues and assisting with investigations;
  • Utilising reporting mechanisms to provide accurate information and feedback to management; and
  • Recruiting new suppliers when required through participating in recruitment and retention projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work independently and make decisions;

Experience in building customer relationships;

Deep understanding of the dairy industry;

Diploma or degree qualifications in Agriculture desirable.
