Job Title
The Senior Business Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining influential partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving mutual success through aligned technology initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand management strategies that align IT initiatives with business priorities, ensuring optimal resource use and maximized business value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual success between departments.
- Manage a team of Business Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate IT initiatives clearly to the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business relationship management, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Understanding of business processes and IT service delivery integration.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to set annual work priorities for self and team aligned with broader business unit goals.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives at business levels.
- Initiating and driving large projects.
