
Senior Business Development Manager

As a key figure in our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with SME customers and Broker partners. You will contribute to the strategic success of our workers compensation division by providing valuable insights into the customer market.
This position involves:
- Developing and maintaining strong customer and broker relationships
- Collaborating with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
- Ensuring sustainable performance by working with our claims team and other teams to maintain healthy customer relationships

- Substantial experience in workers compensation or the insurance industry
