The Account Executive is responsible for leading key client accounts and delivering exceptional results across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead key client accounts and drive exceptional delivery.
- Guide and mentor up to 2x Account Managers.
- Provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to the team.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Translate business problems into clear and actionable projects.
- Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to turn client problems into impactful ideas.
Requirements:
- Mid-senior level experience as an Account Director or similar senior client service role in an integrated agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecast revenue.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
