Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for a wellbeing and health professional to join our team and contribute to promoting positive outcomes for QFD workforce. Reporting to the Executive Manager Health and Wellbeing, Safety, Wellbeing and Psychological Services, you will provide professional advice and coordinate the development of health and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and wellbeing programs to promote positive outcomes for QFD workforce
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health and wellbeing topics to ensure compliance with organisational priorities, policy, processes, and legislation
  • Contribute to research, development, design, maintenance, review, and implementation of health and wellbeing programs, standards, policy, systems, and activities
  • Promote safety, health, and wellbeing services through preparation of promotional materials, workshops, and symposiums
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an applicable tertiary qualification in human sciences, nursing or occupational health. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated Salary

$4,406 - $4,738 per fortnight
