Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our well-established Brisbane office. As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotshot services. You will be responsible for coordinating overall hotshot requests from emails or phone, and ensuring freight reaches required locations on time as requested.

About Us
Centurion is one of Australia's largest independently owned and operated logistics (3PL) and transport companies. Based in Perth, Western Australia but operating across Australia, we have significant mobile, land, and infrastructure assets nationwide. This ensures Centurion provides flexible and reliable supply chain solutions for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage hotshot coordinators to ensure timely updates to customers and internal staff
• Coordinate hotshot requests from emails or phone, and ensure freight reaches required locations on time as requested
• Liaise with in-house dispatch/scheduling and/or subcontractor providers
• Manage escalated issues that may impact deliveries as soon as practical
• Direct day-to-day work flows of the hotshot team, while interacting with senior managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates on operations
• Follow up on invoices from subcontractors to ensure jobs have been costed accordingly
• Ensure PODs are maintained for all deliveries

Requirements
• 5-7 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation
• Strong customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills
