Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms.
  • Manage procurement databases and systems to track orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
