About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our health, safety, and wellbeing program. As the Manager - Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace.

  • Lead HSW Strategy: Oversee and implement strategic workplace health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) programs that meet legislative requirements and drive cultural change.
  • Drive Cultural Change: Foster a sustainable safety culture by engaging with leaders and staff across all offices.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer strategic and operational HSW guidance to senior leaders, managers, and committees.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Workcover, Work Health and Safety Queensland, and more.
  • Manage Projects: Lead HSW projects, maintain a compliant Safety Management System, and introduce proactive risk management strategies.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering and managing HSW programs, including psychosocial and physical risk management.
  • Expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and implementing creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence and drive positive outcomes.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
