We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional to fill the role of Strategic HR Business Partner in Sydney, Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR expert to utilize their skills and expertise in partnership with our organization to drive impactful business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR partnerships across multiple business units, developing and executing comprehensive talent strategies, and providing expert HR guidance on employee relations matters.
- Drive strategic HR partnerships with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
- Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations.
- Solid understanding of the full HR cycle, including talent management, development, reward, retention, employee engagement, employment laws, mentoring, and coaching.
- Excellent influencing and coaching skills, with proven success in establishing credibility with leaders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to drive multiple deliverables in short timeframes.
