Strategic Partnership Expert

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

This role provides expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, change management, employee relations, and workforce planning.

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective HR initiatives and solutions that drive business outcomes.

The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Headcount & Budget Management: Develop and manage HR budgets and headcount plans that meet business needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Support managers and employees in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
  • Talent Development & Retention: Identify talent needs and develop learning and development initiatives that foster a culture of curiosity and growth.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
  • Change Management: Guide leaders and teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • P&C Program Implementation: Implement HR programs and initiatives that meet business needs.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar P&C advisory role; global experience is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Demonstrated experience supporting global teams across multiple regions (including APAC, EMEA, and the US) is an asset.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable HR solutions.
