Guest Service Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic guest service specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experience and exceeding customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert on the hotel and its surroundings, knowing it inside and out to exceed guest expectations.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, processing guest requests and connecting calls to the appropriate extension.
  • Provide information to guests about room features and local areas of interest.
  • Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process.
  • Handle general enquiries and engage with our guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience with property management systems or similar.
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • NNSW RSA.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
