We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
- About the Job:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for coordinating with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly. You will also manage and train front office staff, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in English, you will handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail.
You will monitor and optimize front office performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores, oversee room allocations and group arrivals, and ensure smooth check-in processes.
An expert in front office procedures and hospitality best practices, you will implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front office.
Additionally, you will assist in budgeting and financial management, including upselling initiatives, and participate in emergency response and first aid situations as needed.
- Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry, preferably with a bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Proficiency in front office systems, such as Opera and Microsoft Office.
Solid knowledge of front office procedures and hospitality best practices.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
