Property Maintainer RoleWe are seeking a Property Maintainer to join our team, responsible for the upkeep of residential properties within our portfolio.
The Role
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of residential properties, performing daily tasks such as cleaning and basic handyperson duties.
- Conduct regular site inspections, report any issues, and provide friendly customer service to residents.
- Ensure safe working practices in accordance with health and safety policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative action.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in handyperson or caretaking roles, with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with property management software.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to obtain a green/white WHS construction induction card.
