Job Title: Property Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property maintenance unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of our properties.

This role involves assessing properties for maintenance needs, reporting on findings, and implementing quality assurance standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including technical consultants and contractors, to deliver exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of responsive asset management principles and be able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Previous experience working with MS Office programs, including Excel, is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify maintenance needs
  • Report on findings and implement quality assurance standards
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Respond to needs of vulnerable people in a timely and respectful manner

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong understanding of responsive asset management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with MS Office programs, including Excel
  • Certificate IV or above in a relevant trade, ideally Building and/or Carpentry
  • Green/White WHS Construction Induction Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence
