About the Role

Arup is seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our "Go to Market" team, you will contribute to our regional work winning activities across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and supporting multiple tender processes, ensuring compliance and document production. Additionally, you will assist in the development of sophisticated bids and offers, including bespoke client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multiple tender processes, ensuring compliance and document production.
  • Assist in the development of sophisticated bids and offers, including bespoke client solutions.
  • Liaise with key personnel to ensure timely delivery of information for internal and external deadlines.
  • Gain an understanding of local industry, markets, clients, and competitors.
  • Proactively participate in learning and improvement initiatives within the bidding and BD cohort.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated bidding track record, including scheduling and production.
  • Proofing and editing skills.
  • Ability to build internal influence and relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
