About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Print Service Technician to join our team, providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and supporting high-end Print Production equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

Requirements

To be qualified for this position, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective teamwork
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to undergo Police Check
  • Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance
