Job Description: Print Production Equipment Technician

This role involves providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base by installing and maintaining our high-end Print Production equipment and ancillary products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance.

The role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the State Service Delivery Manager. Previous experience in the Print Production industry is highly desirable but not essential, as we welcome candidates with transferable skills from similar industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of Print Production equipment and ancillary products
  • On-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration with the ACT Service Team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach
  • Positive attitude in dealing with customers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping in contact with the team

  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to undergo Police Check and AGSVA clearance
