About the Job

We are seeking a Site Quality Supervisor to join our team in Cooma, Australia.

As a Site Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring site quality processes and implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and ensure the implementation of the Site Quality System in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Implement a continuous improvement system to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
  • Closely coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure that work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
  • Participate in inspections and tests according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), secure necessary resources, and coordinate specialized service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure qualification of welders and inspectors, maintain related documentation, and track compliance.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections, and support the site team with QA processes and short- and medium-term work planning.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or similar industries.
  • Construction and/or E&M experience required, Australian market experience desirable.
