Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Site Quality Supervisor, responsible for overseeing quality processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Site Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, monitoring site processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve quality performance, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure qualification and certification of personnel involved in quality-related activities.
  • Participate in site nonconformance and technical change requests, driving efficient and timely completion of QA corrective actions.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
