Site Quality Expert

The role requires a seasoned quality expert to oversee site processes, implementing quality control measures and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor site quality processes under the supervision of the Site Quality Manager
- Implement quality control measures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Closely collaborate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure seamless quality activities
- Work closely with the site installation team to ensure safe completion of work, adhering to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget
- Ensure accurate and detailed records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken
- University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget
- Demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or similar industries, preferably with construction and/or E&M experience
- Proficient technical and operational knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001
- Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven
