Quality Management Professional

The primary objective of this role is to implement and maintain high-quality processes on-site. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and monitoring site quality processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Site Quality System aligned with company policies and contractual requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing root causes and implementing lessons learned.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with site supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality excellence.
  • Ensure that QA/QC inspections and tests are conducted according to the quality plan.
  • Accurately record and document quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions.
Key Qualifications:
  • University degree in Quality Assurance/Control or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management, preferably in large-scale hydro power projects or similar industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
