Overview

This strategic leadership role focuses on optimizing restaurant performance by defining and executing a holistic approach to customer engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve early life cycle (ELC) success and reduce churn, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in data management, strategy consulting, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute ELC and Churn management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  2. Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement initiatives that improve restaurant performance.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  4. Design and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and inform strategic decision-making.
