Strategic Restaurant Performance Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead the definition and execution of our Early Life Cycle (ELC) Success and Churn Strategy. This role will own the end-to-end strategy to improve restaurants' early performance and reduce churn.

  • Develop holistic strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth in early life cycle restaurants.
  • Support and contribute to the broader restaurant selection strategy, leading the planning and execution of ELC initiatives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and other key teams.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues and drive business outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in analytics, strategy, or related fields; some high-growth operations/startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Excel/data management skills, including SQL and building dashboards via Sheets.
  • Logical mindset - Making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and a commercial/operational mindset.
  • Collaborative - Loves working with cross-functional teams to address issues as a team.
  • Independent - Self-motivated, comfortable ideating own views and possessing strong organization and time management skills.
